Asus Graphics Card Bios Update
Solved asus p8z68-v le bios update to support gtx 1060 graphics card solved my question has to do with firmware/bios updates, whether it be mother board bios, graphics card bios or ssd firmware. Asus gputweak live update said an update was available so i let it run. all seems to have gone well but i'm curious, what is to be gained from updating gpu bios?. The download from the support page is a tool for detecting your graphics card, downloading the bios for it, and installing the updated bios. it appears on the graphics card download page because there is an actual update available for that card's bios, it's just a roundabout way of getting it..
